How to Pay
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, checks made payable to “The Ohio State University,” and cash. No holds will be accepted for programs.

Refunds
Make up sessions will not be offered for any missed programs. In order to process a refund, a Refund Request Form must be completed and submitted to ARS. Full refunds will be issued if a person cancels one working day prior to the start date of a program. Original receipts are required for refunds. After the deadline, the ARS may only grant a credit refund for another Adapted Recreational Sports program.

Membership Information
Student enrolled with four or more credit hours at the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University are automatically members and have a mandatory recreation fee applied to their fee statement each quarter. Students taking three or fewer hours of classes may purchase a membership at the same rate. Memberships are available for purchase by Ohio State faculty and staff members. Memberships may also be purchased for family members of students, faculty and staff, as well as by members of the Ohio State Alumni Association, and recognized affiliates of Ohio State.
