Birthday Parties

Age Group and Camps offers two great ways for your child to celebrate their special day. Click here to book a birthday party.

Parties includes a Birthday Party Specialist, decorations, paper products, drinks, and a cake with your child’s name on it. Parties are available on Saturdays beginning at 1 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. and can only be booked by Recreational Sports members. Parties are not available during Ohio State home football games or the following dates: November 24, December 22, December 29, March 22, and June 28. Each party must have a minimum of two adults in attendance. 

Fees are based on 10 partygoers, including adults who attend the party. The maximum number of attendees for any party is 20 people (adults and children combined). Full payment for a birthday party is due 15 days prior to the party date. Birthday parties are not confirmed until the party is paid in full. If a party is canceled, $30 of the total fee will be retained. Birthday parties are only offered for current Recreational Sports members.

Pool Birthday Party
This party is two hours long and includes 30 minutes for refreshments and gift opening and up to 1.5 hours of swimming and playing pool games in the RPAC Aquatic Center. This party is appropriate for ages 4 and up. The fee is $135. Additional partygoers are $6 each.

Climbing Wall Birthday Party
This party is two hours long and includes 30 minutes for refreshments and opening gifts, and up to 1.5 hours for instruction, equipment fitting, and climbing at the Adventure Recreation Center’s Tom W. Davis Climbing Center. This party is appropriate for ages 5 and up. The fee is $180. Additional partygoers are $10 each.
