Membership Details/Pricing
Student members
All students enrolled with four or more credit hours at the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University are automatically members and have a mandatory recreation fee $82 applied to their fee statement each quarter. This entitles students to use the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC), the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC), the Jesse Owens Recreation Center South and North, and the Jesse Owens West Tennis Center. Students simply need to bring a valid BuckID for admittance.
Students taking three or fewer hours of classes or at an OSU regional campus may purchase a membership at the student rate at the ARC or RPAC.
Faculty and staff members
Memberships are available for purchase by Ohio State faculty and staff members. The cost is $115 per quarter or $437 annually, which may be paid through payroll deduction.
There is a $40 processing fee for cancellation prior to annual renewal date during the first year of membership.
Annual memberships are automatically renewed at the current rate, unless you notify Member Services, in writing, 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Family and other memberships
Memberships may be purchased for family members of students, faculty and staff, as well as by members of the Ohio State Alumni Association, and recognized affiliates of Ohio State.
